I've worked in many high-end establishments over the years, refining my skills and developing my unique culinary style. My approach focuses on innovation, drawing inspiration from the finest seasonal ingredients to create memorable and elegant dishes. I truly believe the best food strikes a balance between simple techniques and a deep understanding of flavour.

I create bespoke dining experiences that reflect my clients' vision alongside my own creative passion. My goal is simple: to elevate every event, ensuring each plate is not just a meal, but a statement.

Pricing & Payment

My pricing is transparent and flexible, tailored exactly to your event's unique needs. I customise every menu to suit your guests' tastes, and I personally handle all ingredient sourcing and purchasing. For full transparency, I provide invoices for any ingredient costs charged separately to you.

In-Home Private Dining

Bring a personalised culinary experience to your home.

  • Minimum spend: $880
  • Pricing: $160 per guest (ingredients included)

This includes a 3-course dinner (individual entree, main, and dessert, with shared sides). I work closely with you to craft a menu that reflects your preferences, ensuring every dish is memorable.

Corporate Catering

  • Minimum Spend: $1000

Weddings & Functions

Bespoke packages to make your special day unforgettable.

  • Packages start at: $5000
  • Ingredient costs: billed separately

Every wedding or function receives a fully personalised menu, carefully crafted to reflect your specific style and preferences.

Tasting Menus & Pop-ups

Unique culinary events, public or private, featuring multi-course seasonal tasting menus.

  • Minimum Spend: $2000
  • Pricing: Varies based on ingredients and venue.

These events are where I showcase my most innovative and seasonal dishes, perfect for discerning food enthusiasts.

Out of State & Travel Events

I am available for private chef and catering services outside of the greater Sydney region, including interstate and international destinations.

  • Minimum Daily Fee: $1500 per day (Chef Fee only, exclusive of food costs).
  • Travel Costs: All travel, accommodation, and transport expenses are billed separately.
  • Planning: Extended planning and consultation time may apply for remote events.

Payment Terms

  • 1st 25% deposit required at booking. This covers the cost of preparing menus, planning time, and initial ingredient sourcing.
  • 2nd 25% payment is due 3 weeks before the event. This secures all necessary resources, covers preparation time, and other expenses.
  • 50% balance is due the day prior to the event, as per the agreement provided to you prior to booking.

Refunds & Cancellation

For events with 20 or more guests, I require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.

  • **Force Majeure:** We will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit if unforeseen circumstances prevent the event.
  • **Client Cancellation:** Full refund minus the initial 25% deposit for cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior. Cancellations within 6 weeks are non-refundable.
  • **Chef Cancellation:** A 100% refund of all payments made, including the initial deposit, will be issued.
